Today we go to 1 meter pool to do:
i) Push off from poolside & glide to me
ii) Back Float with my help
iii) Pick up an object from the bottom of the 1m pool
iv) Alternating legs kicking for 1m distance
v) Demonstrate ability to jump entry into 1m pool
Most of them know how to do. Very good! I am so happy. Thing to improve is back float, alternating legs kicking and gliding.
